I understand firsthand the challenges of balancing a busy life with health and fitness goals because I’ve been there myself.
Over the years, I’ve experienced just about every phase of a fitness journey you can imagine:

Q: How does 1:1 coaching work?
A: Once you fill out the application form, I’ll review your information to ensure we’re a great fit & I have spaces open for your requested start month. If accepted, we’ll schedule a consultation call to discuss your goals, challenges, and preferences in detail. From there, I’ll create a customised plan for you, including workouts, nutrition guidance, and habit-building strategies, all tailored to your lifestyle. We’ll communicate regularly via the in app messenger and I’ll be there to make adjustments and provide support whenever you need it.
Q: What's the difference between 1:1 and group coaching?
A: 1:1 coaching is highly personalised, focusing entirely on your unique goals, challenges, and preferences. Everything from your workouts to your nutrition plan is tailored specifically to you, and you’ll have ongoing individual support and communication with me. Group coaching, on the other hand, is designed for those who thrive in a community setting. While it still provides structured plans and accountability, the guidance is less personalised, as it’s created for a group of people with similar goals. Both options are effective; it just depends on what style of coaching suits you best but with 1:1 coaching you get access to it all!
Q: I'm really busy, how much time will this require?
I understand how hectic life can be, which is why your plan will be designed to fit into your schedule. Whether you can dedicate 20 minutes a day or an hour a few times a week, we’ll create a routine that works for you & builds on where you're starting. My goal is to help you build healthy habits that feel sustainable and realistic, even with a demanding lifestyle.
Q: Do I need a gym membership?
Not at all! Your plan can be entirely home-based, gym-based, or a mix of both whatever suits your preferences and resources. I’ll work with the equipment you have and ensure your workouts fit your environment.
Q: How long is the 1:1 programme?
I offer ongoing coaching, typically starting with a minimum of three months to allow time for meaningful progress and habit development. We can discuss your timeline and needs during the consultation.
Q: What support do I get with 1:1 coaching?
You’ll have direct access to me for questions, support, and guidance throughout your journey during my working hours. This includes regular check-ins, messaging support, and adjustments to your plan as needed. You won’t ever feel like you’re doing this alone!
